Non-compulsory work uniform (pg 51)

• Work Uniform is a set of clothing that identifies you as an employee of an organisation, all items with a logo worn in its entirety
• Shoes, socks and stockings can never form part of a non-compulsory work uniform, and neither can a single item such as jumper
• Expenses incurred for a non-compulsory uniform unless the employer has registered the design with AusIndustry.
• Laundry/Drycleaning expenses have clear definitions (pg 52)
