What payment methods and terms apply?
Payment may be made by online through PayPal or by contacting us and using EFT, Eftpos, Visa, Master, Card cheque or cash (prepaid) before delivery.
Established customers may apply for a credit account must have minimum spend per month, strictly 30 day terms apply.
How long will orders take?
Unbranded garments can usually be delivered in a few days.
A sample for branded items can be produced from your artwork in about one week. Once we have your approval, production of the final product takes around one to two weeks, depending on quantity.
What format do you accept for artwork?
Most common acceptable formats are jpg, gif, bmp, pdf files. You may also fax your artwork.
Can you help with artwork?
Yes!
What if I need samples?
You may request a sample or size range which we will be happy to send. all that we require is credit card details, we will not charge credit card unless you decide to keep the items.
You are also welcome to visit our showroom to view our extensive range. Please call our friendly staff to make arrangements.
Will you sponsor our club?
we do sponsor a range of clubs
As a time saving service, we provide a size range of completed garments to our sports clubs on registration days for members to order, we can also send one of our sales representative along on this day if requested (Adelaide Metro area only). Clubs are usually sponsored on a commission basis or outright.
Will you beat any price?
Most of the time we do, we believe that our prices and service are very good, we will not risk quality and losing repeat business on obtaining a job on price alone, all our prices are for quality garments.
What is your returns policy?
As long as the Item is in original packaging it may be returned (within 14 days). Unfortunately if the Garment has been embroidered or printed and the Garment does not have a flaw, we can not except returns. please ask for a sample if the colour of the garment is critical, photos on the web are only a guide.
How do I know that you have received my order?
When you confirm the check-out process on the shopping cart, a receipt is generated and emailed to you. At this stage your order is emailed to us for processing
